The sales offer and contract had few gaps which costed me few hundred $$. The lead time to start the build wasn't great as well, something I don't expect with the volume builders. I noticed lot of communication gap between the build and other customer relationship teams. The initial stages of build was alright with regards to quality and pace, however found major defects in the completion stage, where number of items including ceiling plaster was to be fixed (& repainted). This is all in a house that will not be a year old until OCT 2017. The Oregon Board maintains high standards for contractor licensing. Although they do not require contractors to have construction training, contractors are required to pass a Board exam prior to receiving their license.
